Starting from 1 May, 2004 the refund of value added tax (hereinafter – VAT) to non-residents is made under the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 313 adopted on 15 April 2004 “Procedure of the Refund of Value Added Tax to Taxable Persons Established in Other European Union Member States and to VAT Taxable Persons Established in Third Countries or in the Territories of Third Countries”. |
